Still using SurReal on a Win98 PC friend of mine just ordered the standalone- let’s see how this goes. The acoustic and hiphop basses in SurReal are better than any on my Mac or other PCs and the hentrix instrument in SurReal is amazing with reverb and flange settings. Is there a version with Sureal included?
I don’t have SurReal installed on the current machines for sale. This is mainly because Reality is basically the same thing, but with more control for tweaking the sounds. Take a look at your friends Reality box and see what you think. You might find that you like the tweakability of Reality. On the other hand, if SurReal is what you and your friend prefer, then we certainly go that route. The interface is simpler which could be desirable if you have a lot of instruments to keep track of.
I’m interested in buying a pic when you have them available. I really miss Reality, particularly the Physical Modeling.
I do have some more coming. I got a sudden burst of orders during the holidays. Apparently the holiday shopping boom translates over to synthesizers as well! I will let you know when I have some more. It won’t be long. Just a few more days…
